Meditation for Capricorn
By combining understanding of astrology with meditation, we can release inner blocks and increase our potential, no matter what our sign or circumstance. Center your daily meditations on praising yourself. No matter what flaws you think you have or grievous acts you feel you have performed, think of the goodness, courage and helpfulness that is buried somewhere within your (usually needless) guilt. You know you mentally harass yourself most of the day about your shortcomings. You’ve got to begin to rid yourself of severe self-criticism. It is vital to carve out at least five minutes each day — every day — to dwell on your wonderfulness!
