Tiger – Spiritual Path

The Tiger is a spiritually progressive sign that is ruled by the Wood element in Chinese astrology. Tigers generally believe that they are masters of their own fate, until much later in life when they achieve the clarity to find their spiritual path.

Often Tigers see religious practice as a way to absolve guilt, or as a self-improvement program.

If Tigers do participate in organized religion, they prefer those that propose a direct connection with God as opposed to ones that rely upon rituals. For this reason, they are attracted to the Islamic, Hindu and Buddhist religions that can be conducted privately.

As they like to get ahead in life, they are also attracted to progressive religions that teach “mind over matter” such as Scientology and Taoism.
